Trias Corporation (“Company”) utilizes the personal data, including the viewer’s name and e-mail address, to distribute Trias e-Newsletters and other reference materials. The Company handles the personal data in the following manner: All personal data files are under strict management by the Company, and their confidentiality shall neither be violated nor provided to a third party without written consent, secured in advance, from the relevant parties. Access to stored personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only and carefully monitored, with any interaction, from viewing to altering to deleting of data, meticulously logged. Upon request, the Company will either alter the personal data file or of that viewer terminate distribution of its e-mail newsletter to that viewer. Upon viewer request, all personal data files related that viewer shall be deleted. Personal data shall not be handled by an outsourced party. Personal data shall only be handled by the Company’s Information Management Officer, who will be subject to constant supervision and instruction. Transmission of personal data through any medium to a third party is strictly prohibited. The Company’s computer network system and the personal data files contained therein shall be maintained under the highest level of security, including blocking unauthorized external access, password protected ID and other measures. The Company shall take every appropriate and timely step to process and address viewer complaints.
